Corporate Event at Cape Sounio Grecotel

We crafted a schedule that included a variety of entertaining activities, business meetings, personal development practices and of course delicious menus with Greek flavors.

At this business event we organized and designed the entire theme. It was held in order to educate and establish strong bonding and communication skills amongst company’s employees, most of them coming from abroad. Although it was a corporate event we did our very best to create a friendly, sophisticated and modern atmosphere for the attendants. This gave the conference a more personalized touch and felt more private and joyful for everyone.

The brief agenda included a Greek warm welcome with a table full of Greek delicacies and ouzo and raki for the foreign colleagues. Dinner followed where company’s event theme was reminded within the decoration elements. The next day an amazing tour at the Temple of the Apollo was organized where our professional tour guide introduced our guests to the Greek philosophy. For those that felt more relaxed, they stayed back at the hotel to follow a private yoga session by the pool, with the view of the Temple.

A big party followed the same day with a lot of dancing moves from everyone. Last day it was the day of the CEO’s presentation and new company logo was revealed. The room was prepared early in the morning and awaited everyone after their check out. The day ended with a team building where percussionists performed and introduced everyone to different kind of  where everyone got to join and really prove what a great team they are!
