Starting with the reception area, the aristocratic and warm setting made the wedding look like a dream that became real. Both the bride and groom were incredibly stylish and elegant.

Two Greeks born and raised in Canada, that wanted their wedding to take place in their home country in the most traditional way. Unforgettable Wedding Venue
Having your wedding in Greece is wonderful. But getting married on the Island Art & Taste, in the Athenian Riviera, makes it a magnificent experience. When the couple, decided to have their wedding in this venue, we couldn’t hide our enthusiasm. Even at the stage of planning, while discussing the idea of having the dinner area setup with two really long tables decorated with hanging lights and flowers, smiles were constantly on everyone’s faces. We and the couple adored the idea from the very beginning! Next to the original idea, the bridal table under a pergola and the starry Greek night was the final touch of luxurious elegance.

Words from our bride
George and I have known each other since we were probably 5 years old. Both being Greek of course our families were friends and attended many family gatherings together. Since we were so young there wasn’t much communication between the two of us until June 2005 when we were both older I was heading to Greece as was his brother both being at the airport he looked at me as I looked at him and from that moment he said “One day I will marry that girl” and the rest was history!
Majority of our families live in Greece, mine from Thessaloniki George’s in Athens. It was always a dream of mine to get married in Greece as every wedding in Vancouver is typically the same. I wanted a different experience for my guests, one that they would never forget and of course it is so important to have our families In Greece be a part of our special day. The style we went for is romantic, well-coordinated and traditional.
Luxury Wedding Planning
Close your eyes. Imagine a dream made of a shining calm sea, next to a romantic location. The breathtaking views leave you speechless. And the hanging flowers & lights make the wedding decorations look as if you are attending a royal wedding. Now open your eyes. Look at the pictures! It’s not a dream. It was a couple’s dream and we made it real.
In the heart of a hanging flower garden, these two hearts said: “Yes, I Do”. They stand majestically, full of joy and love, ready to conquer the world as husband and wife. We worked together and planned all the details for their wedding day. With respect to the bride’s wishes for an extraordinary yet romantic wedding, blend in with traditional and family values, highlighting the luxurious character of the wedding celebrations.
We have to admit, that we absolutely loved the couple’s getaway car. It had something of early 1940’s movie stars. Glamorous and romantic!
RPS: The event design was focused on the hanging flowers & lights concept. We choose the white as the main color and added rich shades of gold and natural greens, with plenty of wooden details. The couple opted for a romantic & luxury wedding with traditional values, but was open to the idea of creating something spectacular. The floral design had a major influence on the final outcome. Being in a location next to the sea, flowers had to be majestic. Although it took for hours to put together this wedding table decor, we appreciate the opportunity of organizing this wedding event. The wedding decor highlighted the couple’s happiest day of their life.
It would be only fair to mention that all the guests enjoyed this wedding and had the time of their life during the wedding party. Especially the little ones took a good taste of Greek entertainment and creative activities. Thanks to We Can Do It For Kids Only all parents had an evening full of dancing and celebrations.
